This document includes the Terms and Conditions for the use of our services. We encourage you to read them carefully.

Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel their tour without any penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service date. After this period, refunds will not be available, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

The tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour if unforeseen issues arise. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or an alternative experience of equal value.

For tours that include visits to sites requiring advance ticket purchases (such as Pompeii, Herculaneum, or Vesuvius), these tickets must be bought in advance. If the client cancels, the cost of the tickets is non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

No Show

For all our tours, guests are required to arrive at the agreed meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Our tour leader will wait up to 10 minutes past the designated time; after this period, the booking will be marked as a “no-show,” and the client will not be entitled to any refund.

In the event of an unexpected delay, clients must contact the emergency number +39 3343194446. Our customer service team will do their best to accommodate the client’s needs, but if the delay exceeds 30 minutes, certain parts of the tour may not be feasible.

Liability

The tour operator is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour. It is the client’s responsibility to take care of their personal items throughout the tour.

If the client has scheduled a train, flight, or ship departure on the same day as the tour, it is highly recommended to inform the tour operator at the time of booking to help with better planning. However, traffic conditions can impact timing.

The tour operator is not liable for missed connections with trains, flights, or ships.

Itinerary Changes

The tour operator reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, demonstrations, or other situations beyond the operator’s control, in order to ensure the safety and comfort of the participants.

Participant Behavior

The tour operator reserves the right to refuse participation or terminate a client’s involvement in the tour if they behave inappropriately or pose a danger, without any obligation to provide a refund.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour with Liberty Transfer, the client automatically agrees to the terms and conditions outlined here.
